About the integration
Make physical keys and cards a thing of the past. With the HID integration, occupiers can use the Spaceflow app for mobile access.
In order to use HID virtual cards, the landlord needs to order virtual cards directly from Spaceflow and subscribe for 1+ year/s.
Once the integration is enabled and the cards are ordered, tenant representatives are able to manage virtual cards for their team. Information on the total number of virtual cards needs to be passed to the building managers (facility management team) in order for mobile access to work.
