The Power of Community Engagement

Spaceflow introduced a dedicated community engagement service to help THE ICON VIENNA’s staff plan events and execute ongoing content creation campaigns. This is a force multiplier for PIMCO Prime Real Estate’s staff, as it allows them to reliably offer a high-quality programmatic experience without taking much extra effort.

Spaceflow’s platform is communicating with THE ICON VIENNA’s in-place tech tools to offer managers better access to data via API, in order to uncover the full scope of tenant needs.

INTEGRATIONS

Occupancy sensors have been installed into the canteen, and through the integration to IMAS, users of the Spaceflow app can check the capacity in real-time from their mobile. Thus, they can decide when it is a good idea to visit and when it is better to wait, not only for convenience but also as a preventive measure in flu and COVID-19 seasons.

As one of the planned use cases, THE ICON VIENNA’s occupiers will be able to access building systems such as sensors and elevators via the Spaceflow app. This will help the office managers of THE ICON VIENNA’s tenant companies easily provide a high-quality experience for their employees.

Occupiers of THE ICON VIENNA find information on the availability of all means of transportation in their proximity – scooters, taxis, public transportation or shared bikes directly on the Spaceflow app. 

This native integration with Veomo enables the end-users to get updates on departure times of public transportation as well as delays without downloading the Veomo app itself. 

In addition to the walking time to the various services, the integration also provides an area map to visualize the location of each mobility solution.
