THE SOLUTION
TSP has been powered by Spaceflow since September 2020 offering space-as-a-service with eight locations live on the app scattered across central London all the way from Bermondsey to Clerkenwell. Throughout the pandemic, Spaceflow has engaged tenants with regular content, wellness perks like online yoga and blogs on how to survive the pandemic all the while providing TSP with the capacity to manage their buildings and utilize data to continue to plan, execute and implement better business decisions.
HYBRID WORKING
Being on a premium Spaceflow plan, TSP is in regular contact with a Spaceflow dedicated community manager to develop strategies, stay up to date on new functionalities, and discover ways to reach out and engage with tenants, increasing occupancy levels.
In addition to this, TSP is utilizing hot-desk booking, within the app, as an option to manage individual occupiers return to the office and ensure tenants feel safe as well as providing a tangible tool for them and their team to better manage the return to normal and manage hybrid working.
