THE ALIGNMENT

Danehurst Tribü connects its onsite amenities with Spaceflow to ensure tenants can book in advance and take advantage of communal spaces and their very own rooftop terrace. With a dedicated Spaceflow Community Manager and a knowledgeable onsite Tenant Manager, regular content is published through the app as well as monthly community initiatives such as boat rides in the canal and breakfast mornings for the tenants to enjoy.

TRANSFORMATION

Viridian Studios in the late summer of 2021 transformed and rebranded their luxury student living complex to a co-living space called Tribü, focusing on a wider target audience and long-term lets. During this transition, Spaceflow acted as the main communication channel for all tenants. It has been used for issue-reporting and in the future, Spaceflow will integrate a keyless access system.

Together, Danehurst works with Spaceflow to enhance the value of what a tenant experience should be in 2021 and beyond as we rapidly migrate towards an increasingly tech-demanding marketplace.

TRIBÜ STUDIOS RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Tribü have managed to maintain a good communication with their occupants during the pandemic by regularly communicating their pandemic-related policies and cleaning procedures.

Events such as online meet-ups and socially-distant outdoorsgatherings have been organized with a helping hand from Tribü dedicated Spaceflow community manager, to ensure mental wellbeing and isolation caused by the pandemic is kept at manageable levels.
